Pros
I gained valuable hands-on experience working on real campaigns from start to finish, more than many of my friends at other companies. The team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my internship. I was given the freedom to make my own decisions and take ownership of my work, which really boosted my confidence and skills.
Cons
HR and management were not transparent about job offers. I was asked to delay accepting an external offer based on promises of a permanent role, which was later frozen without notice, leaving me without an offer. Compensation was below market standard, especially considering the workload. The company struggles to retain good talent due to low pay, unclear progression, and a sometimes toxic, favouritism-driven environment.
