Pros
They have an attractive work space and "fun" events.
Cons
If you don't participate in "fun" events you will be blacklisted. You will never receive a raise, the only chance that you might is if you ask repeatedly. Your opinion will not matter because the president apparently knows everything and only surrounds himself with people that affirm that. Be ready to kiss-up or you will not last long. You will never be appreciated for your hard work and devotion, in fact you will be regularly accused of being incompetent. Even the company "awards" are rigged to serve an agenda. You will not be adequately trained or supported and then later be blamed when you fail. Your expectations WILL be unrealistic. The systems are faulty and cumbersome, everyone has issues and they are never addressed. Roles and people are regularly eliminated on the whims of the president (nobody is above this possibility at anytime), laws and rules don't apply. Management can be quoted saying over and over that turnover is a good thing, majority of employees last less than 3 years here. I can go on and on but that should be clear enough. Sales positions or remote roles are the only thing I would attempt here, the further you are from the top the more likely you are to have something that resembles a positive experience. If you don't value your mental health or mind making money for a complete monster this might be the place for you. It looks so sleek and modern and they will spew a ton of promises and speak a big game to lure you in but it will not take long for you to see that is a carefully constructed illusion.
