Pros

Nice building, most of the regular workforce are good people.

Cons

This place is a massive good old white boys club. Look around and you will see no women or minorities in leadership (ever! please ask them about this because they won’t be able to answer otherwise!) in fact you will see very few minorities at all and the women are all in work horse positions. You won’t see any older people either. Just one and I don’t think he even really works there. If you are anything outside of a white male under 45 this is not a good option for you. This place reeks of regret and severance packages, seriously it’s the best way I can describe the cold, stagnant energy that persists behind the otherwise attractive office space. Legends tell of multiple pregnant people going on leave and never returning even ones everyone knew could not afford to quit and told everyone they were coming back. They always spin it like people “chose” to leave but nobody is that dumb. Massive “layoffs” due to COVID then the company is advertising all over that they were hiring the very next week and the owner showed up in a brand new luxury car- yeah people notice that stuff. I hope someone investigates this place for relief fraud. Leadership is downright evil or at best completely dead inside and it stems from the extremely narcissistic owner. That guy couldn’t get more stereotypical, image obsessed, name dropping villain if they wrote his character for an award winning novel. Of course he seems charming at first but all narcissists do so please use caution and do your research on how to interact with one if you end up here. Scared, underpaid employees scamper around with fake smiles on their faces to avoid a target on their back but everyone is flat miserable. I could go on and one but I think I’ve said enough. I’m not a very big review writer but some things shouldn’t be left unsaid if you can stop someone else from making the same mistake you did.

Pros

They have an attractive work space and "fun" events.

Cons

If you don't participate in "fun" events you will be blacklisted. You will never receive a raise, the only chance that you might is if you ask repeatedly. Your opinion will not matter because the president apparently knows everything and only surrounds himself with people that affirm that. Be ready to kiss-up or you will not last long. You will never be appreciated for your hard work and devotion, in fact you will be regularly accused of being incompetent. Even the company "awards" are rigged to serve an agenda. You will not be adequately trained or supported and then later be blamed when you fail. Your expectations WILL be unrealistic. The systems are faulty and cumbersome, everyone has issues and they are never addressed. Roles and people are regularly eliminated on the whims of the president (nobody is above this possibility at anytime), laws and rules don't apply. Management can be quoted saying over and over that turnover is a good thing, majority of employees last less than 3 years here. I can go on and on but that should be clear enough. Sales positions or remote roles are the only thing I would attempt here, the further you are from the top the more likely you are to have something that resembles a positive experience. If you don't value your mental health or mind making money for a complete monster this might be the place for you. It looks so sleek and modern and they will spew a ton of promises and speak a big game to lure you in but it will not take long for you to see that is a carefully constructed illusion.

Pros

not a bad looking building

Cons

if your looking for a work place for advancement, long term, friendly place to work, don't waist you time,it's not gonna happen here.i wasted 8 years there before i realized it. don't get me wrong,i'm not a disgruntled employee just tryng to get back at the company, cause it was my decision to stay there that long, hoping the company would change its ways.so that didn't happen ,very bad mangement, and the owner has no clue. so i just left. and so glad i did.i love my new job.they actually treat me like a person. the other problem they have is they keep firing and hiring floor leaders.Louis, the one they have now, rules with an iron fist from his home in Canada via the internet, and cameras.he wants to make sure you are earning that $12.00 bucks per hour !! they have been more people quit in the six months he has been there than since the place was opened, mostly women"you do the math !!" anyway, hope this helps someone looking for employment.
