- ZERO room for growth (you would do the same job as long as you are at the company. they are trying to implement some changes, but it is just on paper, make you to work more, but salary would remain the same)
- huge favouritism
- extremely chaotic
- management lies to your face
- the language they are using is very corporate ("it's not about compensation it's about the mindset" lol)
- they fired people for no reason given
- they don't employ you, but force you to be a freelancer
- false promises about payraise, the annual raise is RIDICULOUS
- Account Management managers are a joke, highly unskilled and fake
