Tower Marketing was my first full-time professional experience after graduating from college. The growth that I have witnessed in the last five and a half years is almost unrecognizable! While the core services offered have not changed, the approach, process, and evolution of how those are carried out for clients has continued to stay ahead of the curve. The team truly does feel like a family and can cause tension between team members. But, any issues that may arise are often discussed and resolved as quickly as possible.

Great mix of clients and projects.

Management is terrible. Cliques, drama, no upward mobility. List could go on and on.
