      Retail employees were extremely dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, good products to offer customer

      Many managers are unqualified, promotions are given more to those who follow the company credo the most rather than the most qualified, upper management refuses to acknowledge any problems

      Pros

      The team in Madison was amazing to work with. They have two mortgage teams there that helped grow the business. The branch had a great setup and was modern.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of foot traffic. Some days can be slow.
