Busy and hectic place to be, truckers can be rude

A paycheck every two weeks

The on-site Management is incompetent, lazy, retaliatory, loves to talk down about other employees on-site and off. All the other outside managers cover for them daily. That has created an environment where Management has a God Complex. Kiss butt and break the rules, you’ll be fine. Stand up and disagree, you’re written up for insubordination and slowly targeted until you quit or are “pointed out”. (“Earn” so many points, you’re suspended until you’ve accrued enough to be fired.) I’ve seen this happen to 7 other employees in under a year. Three transferred to other locations, three walked out, and one worked a notice. Five of them were exceptional employees. Just the tip of the turn over rate. I lost count of the people that have come and gone. If you can avoid employment at Town Pump within this District Managers area, do it!
