Pros
The manager I work under is amazing, always being helpful and hard working. Doing everything they can to make sure you are able to do your job effectively. They put in extra hours and treat their employees with respect and admiration. The store had a very familial feel to it.
Cons
Since the buyout in July, the new DMs have been very unhelpful and micromanaging to the extreme. They have also punished via suspension current employees due to new policies that don't go into effect until August. Currently, it feels like they are trying to get current employees to quit. The employees aren't the only ones to see it either, a plethora of customers have commented on the changes they see and how it has affected every employee in the store.
