The culture. It is all about personal growth and collaboration to achieve some huge goals, and you are surrounded by bright people that are passionate about what they do. It has been really exciting seeing the company grow so quickly over the last few years, while still holding a high bar for joining the team. The best proof to me that it's a special place--customers reaching out with their success stories. We've had everything from a huge customer doubling in size over two years with TownSq as their backbone, to small communities organizing shopping trips and support campaigns for the vulnerable around them in the face of COVID. Those moments make me proud to be part of this.
Cons
Growing so quickly comes with processes that regularly need to mature and improve, and it can be hard to catch a breath sometimes. Expectations are kept high, and you need to be comfortable being consistently challenged.
