Great residents, calm and quiet atmosphere, good teamwork among employees

I can't think of any cons.

Almost everyone was friendly and with good pay. The residents were like family and most were understanding and had amazing coworkers.

The building got refinanced and everything has gone downhill. The management is controlling (so much so that they asked old employees not to come back and if so they get arrested) and everything is about money, not the residents’ happiness. It’s their way or the highway.
