Downhill - Anonymous employee TrackTik Employee Review

As a current employee of TrackTik, I cannot recommend it given the current changes. Leadership keeps asking employees to be patient while they integrate the companies together when they haven't even fully integrated the previous companies they have acquired. Culture has taken a hit since the acquisition and the old Chief People Officer left, I'm not sure what they are doing to improve it. Layoffs have happened on numerous occasions and no one addresses it unless asked, which is concerning.
