Pros

Work-life balance is a positive aspect of working at TrackTik. Work colleagues are great.

Cons

As a current employee of TrackTik, I cannot recommend it given the current changes. Leadership keeps asking employees to be patient while they integrate the companies together when they haven't even fully integrated the previous companies they have acquired. Culture has taken a hit since the acquisition and the old Chief People Officer left, I'm not sure what they are doing to improve it. Layoffs have happened on numerous occasions and no one addresses it unless asked, which is concerning.

There are none that I can think of unless you like to party from 5-7 and drink with no structure then it’s a good culture for you , but it does not mean this is suitable for others especially those who come from a corporate background.

Cons

Management is unprofessional and young, they micromanage you and talk poorly behind people’s back instead of addressing issues with an employee face to face. They are not open to new ideas and shut you down when you suggest innovation and ridicule you for making a suggestion. They advocate a great family culture but when you join half the people don’t even say hi to you when you walk by them and one employee I never even spoke to personally made fun of the way I dressed to his friend when I walked by him. There is also no apparent distinction between employees and higher level management , there is no structure.

TrackTik is a fast-changing environment that is indeed not perfect for every single person and where we probe comfort level around this thoroughly during the interview and on-boarding process. Many are attracted by the work environment and underestimate what it takes to be part of a scale up organization. If you come from or need a very structured environment where things are not fast changing, TrackTik may not be the place for you. Our software was built on client feedback and our culture on employee contributions and recommendations. We offer many different platforms to voice opinions, we have an open door policy and we take pride in the level of engagement from our employees throughout the employee journey. Pros

Great social environment. Able to work with so many cool people who are great at what they do. Remote first.

Cons

Leadership has zero consideration to their employees' livelihood. There were 3 major layoffs over the past 2 years that impacted multiple mission-critical roles, despite being constantly short-handed. Zero professional development opportunity. Pathetic amount of salary increase.
