Great social environment. Able to work with so many cool people who are great at what they do. Remote first.
Cons
Leadership has zero consideration to their employees' livelihood. There were 3 major layoffs over the past 2 years that impacted multiple mission-critical roles, despite being constantly short-handed. Zero professional development opportunity. Pathetic amount of salary increase.
