      Not great work place. It was kinda all over.

      The place is disorganized. They are trying to put in a new system, but no one knows how it works.

      Thank you for taking the time to place this review on Glassdoor. New ERP system implementations can be very challenging. Ours was no different. The system is running well now and starting to show real value. The learning curve is steep, but our Associates are fully engaged and starting to use the system to its full potential.       Pros

      Company is very focused on goals. This has helped the company achieve some amazing results over the past 2-3 years. Company celebrates every time a goal is met.

      Cons

      There is always room for improvement, but nothing that is a deal breaker.

      Thank you for your commentary. As a company we always have to set goals in order to achieve them. It’s best to put a stake in the ground as a benchmark then measure our progress against that benchmark. Amazing results have happened since using these metrics to measure our performance. 11 straight months of surpassing our goals with one month the best in 33 years. Thanks to our dedicated Associates for driving our company to new heights each day!

      great coworkers Free popcorn and soda once a week if you care about that kind of stuff

      Cons

      Disrespectful unappreciative leadership No training Don’t listen to suggestions from the people doing the actual work No raises, some people even got pay cuts
