      great coworkers Free popcorn and soda once a week if you care about that kind of stuff

      Cons

      Disrespectful unappreciative leadership No training Don’t listen to suggestions from the people doing the actual work No raises, some people even got pay cuts

      Not great work place. It was kinda all over.

      Cons

      The place is disorganized. They are trying to put in a new system, but no one knows how it works.

      Thank you for taking the time to place this review on Glassdoor. New ERP system implementations can be very challenging. Ours was no different. The system is running well now and starting to show real value. The learning curve is steep, but our Associates are fully engaged and starting to use the system to its full potential.
