      - Great comms - As an experienced teacher they push for higher rates - Always work to be found

      Cons

      - Sometimes locations not ideal - Work might be split class roles (transition days make behaviour harder to manage) - Some dry spells during academic year

      None, they completely screwed me over.

      Cons

      I left a full time job to work with them. They promised atleast 3 months of work. I worked for a week.
