friendly staff and thats about it

Cons

Worked here for 2 years and gave it everything I had, consistently going above and beyond expectations. Unfortunately, that effort goes unnoticed. Micro managing to the max. Management does not care about career growth. Workload is heavy. You are expected to do afterhours on a daily basis which can run up past midnight. Work life balance is not respected. If you’re looking for a place to grow your career and be valued for your work, this probably isn’t it.

Not really any complaints here other than it does take a while for paperwork to get filled out.

Good industry to work with in.

Cons

I worked in three different departments for this company never saw much accountability when errors or mistakes cost the company or customers money for years. So maybe it's not really a con but a pro?
