Pros

There really aren’t any pros to working at trailer bridge. They have a pretty relaxed dress code which is nice and had good health insurance.

Cons

Where to begin? First let me start off by saying I was not fired and to be honest I probably would have stayed had they gave me a raise like they promise a lot of people after working there a year. But there was always some excuse as to why I couldn’t get it. I also know people who have worked there for years and keep getting denied raises. Second, do not read the good reviews from CURRENT employees. The ones who have left willingly or were fired for some BS reason are the ones who don’t have to fear losing their jobs anymore and will be honest. Unless you are upper management or kiss upper managements butt you won’t go anywhere. You’re scared to use PTO because you’re afraid of not having a job when you get back. Or they encourage you not to use it. (Not my experience this is others WHO CURRENTLY WORK THERE) You CANNOT trust anyone in upper management. Period. No matter what they say about confidentiality, IT IS A LIE. If you are not upper management, you are just a step in the CEO’s ladder to success and you are not cared about. Anything they tell you about “family oriented” is a lie.
