      None, it can be a little chaotic sometimes, but everyone works so well together you get through it just fine.

      Some of the best pay I have seen a nonprofit offer, 10% match on 401k, fully covered health benefits, 2k a year in professional development, 16-20 days of PTO + 120 days of sick leave

      Cons

      HR is a bit shady, don't always practice what they preach, lack of accountability for executive leadership
