- 100% remote - great culture via slack, we have so many channels and there are no expectations on if you want to be involved or not, but it's so fun to be involved - working with kind, compassionate human beings - everyone is VERY supportive. there is that saying "no stupid questions," but it's usually disingenuous. everyone jumps in to help and answer questions and is just plain helpful - we celebrate wins across the board - we celebrate each other - we acknowledge mistakes, areas to improve, and strive to do and be better. and most importantly no one is chastised or made to feel inferior because of it - there is a clear vision for the company and we are frequently updated with that progress and major milestones met - unlimited, open PTO. they ask you to be conscious of your work projects and other team members who might be out during that same time, but I've never been denied. I also have total flexibility with being able to run to an appointment or just take a break.
