Pros

The current leadership has demonstrated intentional focus on making Trakstar a great place to work, where individuals and their contributions are recognized. It has been positive to see this continued improvement and focus on this area during my time. The company has encouraged all areas of the organization to contribute toward the development and execution of the new strategic plan. I appreciate this collaborative effort and it has allowed teams to work together toward the same strategic goal. I am excited and look forward to being along for the ride as we enter into this next phase of growth for the company.

Cons

Trakstar is comprised of legacy SaaS brands. With that comes a varied set of systems and processes. This can often create confusion and requires additional resourcing to ensure a new system or process can be fully supported.
