The top management is focused only on sales - although they present themselves as a cutting edge consulting firm but they have no standard processes or training programs in place. As a consultant you are just on your own. - all the clients question 'value preposition' and pricing of Tramore resources, which is hard to justify. Its better to go independent and charge half the price to client and justify the value that you bring to the table.
