Pros
Products and services are still some of the best in the industry. Sales and Service staff are highly educated and trained.
Cons
I worked for Trane 99-2002 and then again in 2015-16. The decline in local and national leadership and management is dramatic. Expect petty little accusations and drama all the time. Also, their CRM systems were absolutely terrible and sparsely used by the sales staff.
