Pros
Trane is a company which builds and delivers great products around the world. Company offers numerous benefits for salaried employees that other companies do not offer. Retirement benefit is one of the best I have seen.
Cons
Company's systems and databases are either not integrated or not integrated well which leads to extra work and not receiving all the information you need in one place. Trane needs to put more emphasis on integrating their systems.
