Pros
Corporate setting with great managers. Always room to grow and be promoted. Benefits are very inexpensive and compensation is awarded on a yearly basis
Cons
Sometimes dealing with union technicians was the worst part. The senior techs felt entitled and felt they couldn't work on rooftops when there was no chiller work to be done
