Pros

Good benefits - 401(k) match typically 5%, Decent Health Insurance options

Cons

Pay is going to be about 30% lower than what any competitors are paying. Expected to charge significantly higher fees than industry standard (2.0% annual asset management fee). Many higher ups collecting large salaries and not contributing much to grow organization. Religious and political beliefs may not mesh with everyone.

Pros

The Tranel Financial Group appreciates their employees with amazing compensation, benefits, company events, etc. There are so many opportunities to continue to learn and grow. I enjoy meeting and getting to know so many people/clients from all over. It's exciting to assist them and connect them with an Advisor who can help them reach their investment and retirement goals, and so much more. After I moved out of State to Florida, another position opened up, which not only allowed me a second opportunity to work for them again, but also work remotely. I am so thankful I had the pleasure to work there from 2017-2020 and now again in 2021 to present. We definitely work hard throughout the year, but in turn they show the team how grateful and appreciative they are all year with several fun events in and out of the office. If you are looking for a long-lasting career with a solid and fun team who are excited to grow in their position, I highly recommend working here if a position opens up.

Cons

There may be busy times throughout the year when you have to work and put more hours than the normal week, but work hard, play harder is the ultimate end goal.
