My team and manager were great. Anyone above was toxic Job was interesting Great pay, benefits and pension Hybrid is dependent on your vp and manager but that'll change if ceo tells everyone to come to the office

What happened to the culture since the new CEO came? No work life balance. I guess that's what your benefits are for lol If certain people above don't like you, out Fast paced--if you can't keep up, get out Everyone's burnt out and counting the days til pipeline is done People keep quitting and workload keeps getting distributed w/o end of sight until company is sold More contractors vs employees--when they get fired or leave, no one knows process
