* Lots of new employees due to the acquisition * Jobs are remote; however, not always posted as remote which can confuse applicants. * Company is still transitioning from acquisition

Great work life balance. The commission used to be great until the most recent changes. Now the base is lower than the market and the commission isn't where it should be.

Poor management. Trying to head in the right direction but the constant change and battle from Modaxo makes it a difficult job.
