Pros

The only thing I can think of is the schedule.

Cons

Horrible insurance, culture, the last good person at the company in my department retired. Watch your back, the maintenance supervisor will make up lies for no reason, and go as far as letting people get in trouble for the made up lies. You will never become anything in the company because the terminal manager has every position filled for the next 20 years. Promised jobs to individuals for the next 20 years.

Pros

Company takes the time to get to know their employees, there's a lot of lifers here.

Cons

Work schedule, wish they had more Mon-Fri jobs

Pros

Pay is $27.54 starting out.

Cons

Racist: didn't hire a black person and told employees it was because "he's a hands up don't shoot kind of guy" Wage theft HR told employees that had legitimate complaints to "not rock the boat". Gave raises to new guys without any compensation for long term employees. New and 6 year employees made the same pay. Management would refuse to buy food and drinks for employees when it was budgeted so he could pocket the extra. Management stole company tools and tool box. Management is supposed to take employees out for a meal and would go himself and write names on receipts to make it look like he did. Company refuses to get employees flame resistant uniforms when it says in the company policies that they are supposed to.
