      Pros

      There are some nice people in the group, but it's few and far between. Seems as if the office is split off into small factions.

      Cons

      Very much come in and keep your head down. If you are looking for a company to grow with and continue being challenged, this is definitely not for you. They will lowball your initial offer and you will never be able to recover. Lots of communication breakdowns and management completely out to lunch. Not a resume builder at all- RUN AWAY if you are looking to advance in your career. Everyone in the accounting department is working with recruiters to get out and be paid a wage in line with the industry standards.

      Pros

      Management treats me with respect and cares about my professional and personal development; work-life balance is excellent; receive appropriate amounts of feedback from management on job performance; provides free parking downtown or free transit pass for employees. Good selection of benefits and 401(k).

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any beyond the normal minor annoyances of all jobs.

      Management and HR is not good

      Pros

      People that are not managers are good people to work with. Well mostly. It's an ok job in oil and gas, but you do not want to stay there.

      Cons

      Terrible managers especially in accounting. Very bureaucratic. Open environment is like having big brother looking over your shoulder. Micro manage. They need new management.
