      Pros

      Working from home, management was great about offering new/updated equipment and programs.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Very resistant to changing current processes. Making even the smallest changes requires miles of red tape. Even if you go above & beyond, your efforts won't be recognized. Not many options tor growth.
