Pros
Decent benefits. Decent pay. Some good people left, but most let go. Trying to think of more, but can't. !
Cons
Reorg every 6 months. Lots of layoffs. Good people are being let go for budgetary reasons. This has been happening over the last 3 or so years. Not good environment to work in. Major politics as people scramble to keep their jobs. Stressful and depressing!
