As a current employee, I would like to see if we can work with you to resolve some of the concerns you have raised. The first step would be to discuss with your team Manager. If you are not comfortable in having that discussion, that’s OK; I would encourage you to speak with your Human Resources Business Partner. We would like the opportunity to address your concerns with you.
You raise an interesting point regarding product. Part of our strategy is optimizing our portfolio. By reducing the number of products, we are able to have a laser focus on those markets and products. It also leads to more innovation, which will ultimately benefits our customers. It’s a journey though, and will continue to be one as the industry and customer needs evolve.
