8yReally the 1980s? We understand some of our systems are outdated but from the 1980s is a bit of an exaggeration.
As an organization we understand we have systems that need improving, which is why we are investing in updating them and have already done so in some areas of the business. We are excited about these changes because of the positive impact on our customers and, of course, our employees.
We operate a policy of advertising many of our positions internally first. This is to provide our employees to raise their hands first for positions of interest or promotions. This is important to us and an area that we will continue to work on and develop new ways of communicating opportunities.
