There is a constant fear of layoffs. We are stretched so thin as it is and the amount of work per employee is nearly impossible. While the company is trying to make changes and they don’t ask the people doing the work for their feed back. Or when they do, it doesn’t feel genuine. So many decisions hurt us as a company in the long run. Upper managment isn’t actively involved with day to day operations. Technology is very out of date.
