Good company to work for IF you don't mind being disrespected and micromanaged - I S and R Transamerica Employee Review

Micro-managing, incapable management staff, HORRIBLE medical insurance, negative work environment (employees for the most part are unhappy as a whole), human resources is a joke, favoritism and promotions based on friendships not merit, management is closed minded, sub-par pay. Overall this place sucks any happiness out of you. I wish I was being dramatic.
