      Hard working people that focused on the bank/broker-dealer channel in financial services.

      Cons

      Because Transamerica Capital levered off of the products and services by the other Transamerica/AEGON companies, detailed reports describing exactly what was happening with respect to sales of those products ONLY within the Transamerica Capital channel were difficult to obtain.
