Transamerica understands this and actively promotes a culture that values and supports flexibility.
Cons
I did love the remote work, and flexible schedules, while beneficial, can also lead to feelings of isolation and disconnect from the team. Especially during the pandemic, I think I miss the employees' camaraderie and spontaneous interactions that occur in a traditional office setting. This can affect team cohesion and make it harder to build strong professional relationships.
