Instability and loss of trust - New Business Transamerica Employee Review

I have worked at TA for over 5 years & have experienced 4 changes in management, reorganizations galore. The latest reorg has been the most hard hitting yet. Jobs have been outsourced and there is no sense of security. There is no trust in upper management due to lack of successful execution of any of the new structures. Hopefully the latest will be different.
