Pros
None! The underpay, work insane hours, and outsource most of their work. People who are there a long time are a part of a clique and will be very sure that you know it.
Cons
Snotty, uptight micromanagers and you will have 5 of them for every 2 developers! They will hover and criticize you, REFUSE to train you, and then gaslight you about it. I'm disgusted. Horrible! They underpay, outsource to India to ensure they underpay, and think it's cool to have a layoff culture. Yet another tech churn and burn shop. Minimal diversity on the US side.
