Pros
Great team members and people who have been there a long time that know what they are doing. My direct management team was very flexible, accommodating appointments, and family issues as they arise and treating people with dignity and respect.
Cons
Still a boys club in many ways with leaders, thinking they know best and forcing down decisions instead of collaborating with people who do the jobs every day and know what the risks and benefits might be Too many large Projects going on at once, no way to really understand which one is benefiting the employees, customers or organization as a whole
