The company is extremely unorganized. They are very top heavy and could care very little about the ones actually doing the work. The patient live services team continues to be over worked, underpaid, and under appreciated. Senior leadership isn’t any help and speaking up just gets you in trouble. While our team brings in revenue- we get treated like servants. Corporate structure in a start up business with top heavy management. Like most other companies they refuse to listen to the people that do the actual work. CEO encourages us to work on holidays because sometimes just have to sacrifice. Unlimited pto/ Flex Time off is not as it seems and they put “caps” on it. Also don’t be a human with real life issues because they don’t care. Robots only.
