The 4-day work week is amazing. The 3-day weekends are great to recharge, or be able to be with family with travel sports, or other weekend activities. The company makes a continuous and conscious effort to maintain a culture with specific core values that staff lives by both at work and in life. 100% employee owned is also a huge bonus!

There are no real cons. This company expects people to give 100% each and every day. And in return, you will be treated well, paid well and be surrounded by compassionate hard working individuals.

This company cares about people. They invest in people, they believe in people, they have high expectations for people and they provide all of the tools to help you get there. Transcend has built a strong culture and provides patient care in the right way. It is an Employee Owned Company! Great Benefits, including a 4 Day Work Week! I enjoyed working there and would recommend them to anyone.

It is a busy environment, but I liked being busy, I liked being challenged. It did take some time to get used to the pace of things and the expectations, but again I had all of the tools that I needed and I was grateful to be busy and working, especially during the pandemic!
