Pros

Innovative company, great products, and a sense of helping people. Good benefits, perks, and nice facilities. Family owned, nice people. Growing company. 4 day work weeks (10 hour days).

Cons

Unrealistic job expectations matched with very poor compensation. Stressful environment and crowded office. No room for advancement, they keep hiring new upper management rather than promoting from within. Favoritism, zero recognition for doing a job well if management does not like you (very judgmental).

MOS is a people first, employee owned company. Each day, we have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our patients' lives. By far, the most caring and compassionate company I've ever worked at.

Cons

Working until 6:30pm four days week, but you always have a three day weekend - it's worth it!
