Pros
Innovative company, great products, and a sense of helping people. Good benefits, perks, and nice facilities. Family owned, nice people. Growing company. 4 day work weeks (10 hour days).
Cons
Unrealistic job expectations matched with very poor compensation. Stressful environment and crowded office. No room for advancement, they keep hiring new upper management rather than promoting from within. Favoritism, zero recognition for doing a job well if management does not like you (very judgmental).
