      4 day work week O.t. after 4th scheduled day Health insurance

      In crowd company. Certain people have immunity. Accident prone. Worn equipment that smells like sweat and cigarettes. Faulty equipment. Zero consistency. On-call for 1st year and a half. All good routed are taken by senior drivers. Dispatchers and management have favorites.

      Assigned to one truck, no slip seat

      Cons

      Consistently have mechanical issues with trucks, poor communication from management, inconsistent schedule, underpaid, forced to move by hand, pallets of rock, barely able to move.
