Pros
Decent PTO, flexible work hours
Cons
This company does not invest in IT, or IT employees. Employees are often made to work overtime with no pay (salaried position) mainly because the IT management has little tech skills and makes rash decisions rushing large projects. They don't trust employees to make decisions on the direction of the IT department. instead, IT is basally told to implement solutions that are not right for the company, then when it doesn't work as intended IT is blamed. The IT management team as well as the executive team don't create concrete plans for business goals resulting in rework.
the company will not invest money into onsite infrastructure and instead opts to run on 6+-year-old equipment. they have no plans to use the latest technologies like cloud, or SDWAN
Lastly the wages are low, health insurance is mediocre, 401k match is low. they seem to care mainly about executive bonuses than more modern labor practices and benefits
the company is run like a company was in the '80s micromanaging, low employee morale, and no trust from management.
