Pros

SOME of the people were nice and I enjoyed working with them. Also the rare familiarization trips were fun and interesting. The healthcare benefits were also very good when I was there--before ObamaCare messed up insurance for everyone.

Cons

TERRIBLE pay for the amount of work expected! Management does not genuinely care for the workers, but they sure pretend that they do. Many of the customers were horrible people who felt like they had a right to treat the agents on the other end of the phone like they were slaves or second-class citizens. However, as the years went on and client company's policies became more and more unfavorable to the customers, I can understand how the customers were angry and frustrated. The client company has some very unsavory policies, and the vendors are generally difficult to deal with as well. Also, management seems too busy playing games and having affairs with their underlings to be effective at keeping up company morale. If you're not a favorite, you will never get a promotion. I suppose most of this is now moot, as this company will be closing its doors soon-exactly as I predicted.
