1. Hustle culture (so much that you have to fight for chairs to sit) 2. No Leave Policy (yes, you get no leaves) 3. Excellent work life balance (only if working is your life) 4. Higher CTCs as per market standards (retention and variable will never be paid to you) 5. Great increments during their annual appraisals (increases the salary in variable, again which is never paid) 6. A chance to become filthy rich (CEO himself travels by metro six years later) 7. CEO is very approachable even for the Associates (only if you are a girl) 8. Fast paced culture (so much that attrition is somewhere around 90%) 9. Office location (garbage bags being found littered 20 metres away from the entrance) 10. Monthly townhalls (CEO wastes 2-3 hours explaining how you can work 24 hours in a day to make the company profitable) 11. ESOPs offered to most employees :)
