Travclan is a Trap and they are the best in India for professional abuse. If you join Travclan, you will be trapped in various ways. Firstly, if you quit the company before completing 6 months, you will be required to pay 60-70k Rupees, which suggests that the company may be relying on employee money to sustain its growth. Secondly, you will be expected to work for 12-14 hours a day, which amounts to complete exploitation. Thirdly, if you try to leave the company, the HR team's politeness will disappear, and they will only focus on extracting the 60-70k rupees from you, regardless of your situation and if you request them to reduce the amount- they will simply threaten you. Fourthly, the office is small, and you may not even have a proper seat to sit on. Fifthly, you will have to inform your manager every time you want a break, and they may question you like a school teacher. Sixthly, you will be required to work for 12 hours without any break.
